In compliance with the governmental decree passed in the interest of defeating the coronavirus infection, we will not be staging public concerts in the immediate future. As such, the following Concerto Budapest concerts are cancelled.
Veszprém 18 November 2020 – Tuning Fork Beethoven recital
28-29 November 2020 – Liszt Academy Beethoven Days concerts (Concerts will be streamed online, details to follow shortly.)
6 December 2020 – Müpa Budapest Hommage á Shostakovich – Sergei Krylov and Concerto Budapest
We will update information on the status of later concerts depending on measures taken in the coming weeks.
As regards tickets and season tickets purchased for concerts that have been cancelled, we offer the following options until withdrawal of the government decree:
- Exchanges: the cost of tickets and pro rata cost of season tickets can be credited to a gift card redeemable for other concerts held by the ensemble at a later date, until 31 December 2021.

Processing of the claim, issuance of the gift card and its despatch by e-mail will be arranged within approximately 30 days of submission of the claim. - Refunds:
Ticket refunds (for tickets purchased online and offline):
The price of tickets will be refunded by our ticket service provider, Interticket Kft., when you input your data and submit a request for refund on the appropriate platform, where you can register all refund requests for tickets purchased online and offline (at the ensemble’s office, ticket offices, audience organizers and points of sale) within 14 days following the date of the given concert.
To open the form, click HERE. Please take into account that processing of data will be initiated by Interticket Kft. following the refund deadline at the earliest, and since refunds affect several thousand events, settlement may take several weeks.
Pro rata season ticket refunds:
A) For the Stars/Favourites season tickets purchased online, our ticket service provider, Interticket Kft., will refund the pro rata price of the season ticket involving cancelled concerts, when you input your data and submit a request for refund on the appropriate platform, within 14 days following the date of the given season ticket performance. Please take into account that processing of details will be initiated by Interticket Kft. following the refund deadline at the earliest, and since refunds affect several thousand events, settlement may take several weeks.
B) For the Stars/Favourites season tickets purchased offline (purchased via the ensemble office, or at the box offices of Liszt Academy and Müpa Budapest), you must complete the Concerto Budapest form to claim a pro rata refund of the season ticket.
